Equities Dealer What Do You Do

Vacanze = Relax? Non sempre...

Sunday 26, along with Isabella, her mother and all our animal tribe, I went to Livigno, target chosen for our Christmas holidays.

After the wonderful experience in this valley this summer, we decided to see the winter side of this village really great. The cold is sharp and you knew this but as we hear often, is a cold completely different from what we are accustomed, or perhaps just below tot degrees Celsius, the temperature changes are not perceived as easily: Cold is cold enough. Weather aside, the landscape is really fabulous. The mountains and the roofs of the houses are completely covered with snow a real show.

Our days holiday that could not be a full-immersion sports and from Sunday to today, so it was.

The first night, despite the darkness and -18 ° C Isabella and I have wanted to challenge ourselves and the climate, after a walk and a quick shopping at the supermarket, we went out to run the dark with our little light on his head. Really exciting experience: during our run the condensate was all ice on our eyelashes and the collar that I had to repair the gorge was too icy ... That's cool though!

Yesterday we wanted to try to do some 'cross-country skiing to : if not felt here, where?
The experience was not the best, indeed. Surely with a little 'practice and training I could get to make out where I have fun but also taking the opportunity, a once back home, to continue and improve I'm not going to continue in this single week. For this reason, today's new ride!

Running on groomed snow really workout, then if the path is also wavy, even better!
parties from cycling, and Isabella I, we came across a dirt track dedicated to winter hiking. Really good workout and stretches of uphill made it particularly difficult, despite the rather slow pace.

Tomorrow we plan to try to go snowshoeing in a bit 'in the woods, hoping that the legs after yesterday and today do not cry revenge! In short, here more than relax, you train even more but then again, that's what we like to do! :)

Reason For Cockapoo Vomitting

Lento brillante

Yesterday I had planned to do about fifteen kilometers using the cardio, that time is not used in training, but I had not decided what kind of work to do.

After two days where I did not progress (medical examination on Wednesday ergometer, Tuesday a little 'enhancement, 30' and 12 on the spin-bike 'string) legs were flying.
Practically no heating (if not a hundred yards at a quick pace) I ran the first km in 4'17''. The second and third were very bright (the third in 4'09'', I had to escape through a roundabout and traffic) and, as I ran, I opted to do 10 miles to the rhythm, because I was easy , then run for the last 5 km pushing a bit '.

In conclusion these data downloaded from the Garmin
- the first 10 km in 4'12''/ km average 79% of your maximum heart rate
- 3'48''in the last 5 km / km average 91% of your maximum heart rate, with first and last kilometer of the "series" to 3'40''/ km.

What gives me most satisfaction is the ease with which I ran The first 10 km. I'm really improved in the latter period because now my bottom slowly is between 4'20''and 4'15''to km.

African Christmas

Welcome back to Zambia, Tiziana auntie! So I have accepted the children of Olga's, teachers at the vocational school YCTC, the cashier of Shoprite, a taxi driver Mr. Sakala, the little women who sell vegetables in the "Green Market", the row of artisans rasta Curio Market in Mukuna Park. ..
It 's a good feeling to feel welcomed into the warm embrace of Africa. That is just hot, metaphorically, with its seasonal average of 36/37 degrees . I'm back here in Livingstone, after a few months in Italy to settle the house and cats, and I came back in full austral winter. You up there to deal with the snow that Italy broke in two, to look astonished that the government falls, it falls no, no that never falls and breaks into a thousand pieces Italy; mulling stressed on the gift list unnecessary but mandatory to do, to use up your creativity in inventing the munu Christmas, but it can not be more of cappelletti in broth and turkey stuffing! Let's see what offers "Italian cuisine" in a timeless alternative stuffed turkey. I
here in undershirt and Panama on the head, open umbrella for shelter from the sun, you've ever seen, by a providential downpour of water that allows you to breathe for a couple of hours, I watch with curiosity the Pre-Christmas life into this part of the world. You know that Christmas is because when you go grocery shopping at Shoprite is a department that sells decorative balls and silver streamers, the clerks have on his hat of Santa Claus and the background music is "We wish you a merry Christmast "or like" Adeste fideles "version rap. I have not seen a single child to the whims front of a shelf of toys (the singular is a must: There's only one). To put it bluntly: I have seen absolutely no one in front of the shelf of toys. The truck driven by mothers containing bags of maize flour, cabbage, beans, short only what you need for everyday life. understand that Christmas is because mangoes have their fruit hanging like balls and decorative garlands are bouganvilee natural. Here there are the millions of bulbs that will hang over his head and give you the feeling of being in the wormhole of "2001: A Space Odyssey." Often there is no electricity and you cook dinner on the camping gas (those lucky like me who own it, if no hole in the ground and wood). Christmas 2010 in Africa: my first Christmas away from home. But what makes you make such a choice? Apart from all considerations more or less taken for granted, from sickness in Africa then you can imagine, I think the spring that brings me to commit myself here is a great confidence in the potential of human beings. Whites, blacks, men, women, children, healthy, sick, rich, poor, everyone has something to say and to give. Some more than others. I am on the side of those who can not speak and write with the intention to provide support to the creation of personal circumstances from which they can take off with its wings. This is also the mission of CeLIM, the Organization Non-Governmental I work with for a long time. More than ten years in fact, that I wander into the rooms of Via San Calimero in Milan, I know the operation and the professionalism of all employees. For about a year later I had the opportunity to see live projects in Milan I was reading the paper, to see firsthand how they were managed by expatriate staff. Enormous efforts, no end of difficulties, disappointments, downsizing of expectations and the end results very well. And expatriates? I got compliments on its own since a high proportion of aid workers who work here have been selected by me. I function as a psychologist at the bottom are still good. I told you to tell you that everything could end. Yes, the choices of our government shall ensure that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not fund anything and the European Union is not very accessible. An organizational system as CeLIM, which has the ripe old age of 54 years, may not be able to work anymore. This means that the work done by ant in all this time, which significantly changed the lives of many people and has laid the groundwork for further changes may be lost for future generations. I therefore appeal to you all because this does not happen. Just as a year ago I asked you to help build the garden dedicated to my sister Graziella (BTW: look at that jungle has become!) now I ask you a help because CeLIM continue to stand up with all his history, his experience, his knowledge, his professionalism. Check out the site www.celim.it, there you can get an idea of \u200b\u200bthe ongoing projects and realized, there can also find the link for a donation. The extent, transparency and honesty of the organization I guarantee. Word of Tiziana Bertolotti.
And it's a wonderful Christmas for all!

How Do Hiv Rashes Feel

Running on the snow!

After yesterday's heavy snowfall, the sandy fields of Dalmine today were completely covered with a white white, accentuated by the shining sun of this morning. Nothing better for a run workout and fun!

Running in the snow is really hard and try to keep a good pace is definitely a great way to strengthen your leg muscles. For this reason, in ' hour training I had planned this morning, I entered a bit 'of changes in rhythm: 5 x 2' 2 Fast 'slow and 10' in progress, all interspersed with 10 'slow.

At the end of training my legs were really tested by the work done and I had the impression that running in the snow, though beaten, with the same effort, you lose ten to fifteen seconds per kilometer. In the sections where I could barely stay under 4 '/ km, in fact, was
like running at the rate of anaerobic threshold. Fatigue aside, however .... TOO GOOD! :)

And here are the areas where I raced in the photo taken yesterday when the snow fell more abundant.

How To Say Merry Christmas In Orthodox

A tip of logic is simple

far as I can pretend to be agnostic as
me feel superior to your psychological weaknesses

although not believe
as not to have confidence in myself or in the near or the very reality
although I have stopped looking for answers
new questions although I will continue to present

as to blaspheme your God
matter how disillusioned, skeptical and nihilistic
tend to hate and despite every prayer of every believer of any religion in this dirty world

I even believe that someone has made a gift of Citrus.

I Keep Getting Sore Pimples On My Head

As I wrote in my previous post, a bit 'of time I have a feeling that the shoes are too soft, while very comfortable, I do not give a high yield in the boost phase.

to realize if this feeling was real or not, in the stretch today, made after 30 'of very mild stroke, I used the two lightest shoes I have: the Saucony and Mizuno Musha Kinvara (photos of both are on the right). The test was also meant to make me decide which to use tomorrow for the last race of the year, the 10 km road to Peschiera Borromeo.

After 5 km
abundant courses to "heating rate", on the athletics track of Villa di Serio, I did the first 100 m to test the Kinvara: 20.57 time. "After I stopped for 10 secondisono allocated for the second extension, still in progress: 21.07. "During the race, at every step, I felt" bounce ". The comfort of Kinvara is very high.

Change" tires. "Musha Wear the third extension. I immediately felt that with the Mizuno reactivity is completely different and much more, 100 m in 19.35. Also 10 "of recovery and I ran the fourth extension, still in progress and without overdoing it in order to avoid tears: 19.46.

Considering that I tried to run all four extensions the same way, I would say that the feelings I had about the two types of shoes were correct: the shoes with soft reactivity is lower.

For tomorrow's race, then, since the shock is not as important in a marathon, I will use the Musha and we hope that the flames designs that have lead me to do burn the asphalt! :)

What Suits Skinny People

as usual, Quazi absent.

The political, institutional, and management of local health authorities have preferred to be absent at the meeting organized by the Committee SpA (Precarious Health Care Professionals). The meeting organized by the precarious
scheduled for Saturday, 12/11/2010, at the hall to ALTAMURA Tommaso Fiore (Corso Federico II of Swabia, 129) were invited all political forces and institutions, and the leadership of the ASL, so it did clarify the precarious future of health care (doctors, nurses, technicians), and the serious consequences of the choices made.
The only present at the meeting was the regional director of SEL MICHELE Ventricelli, although they were invited (via email) all councilors, and municipal Altamura (with the handing in of the office of the town of Altamura Protocol) and the Director-General N. Pansini, the medical director A. Calasso, and the Administrative Director F. DeFilippis (fax).
So, all absent, this suggests the lack of attention to issues of precarious, and that citizens will suffer the consequences.
It may be recalled that in the face of national laws from 01.01.2011 will not be able to assume or to extend fixed-term contracts, with serious consequences for the service provided by hospitals.
The permanent staff of 'ASL BARI between doctors and nurses and technicians is close to 600 units, in Puglia is close to 8000 units, in Italy there are almost 34,000 units.

How To Make One's Voice Sweet

The park tire expands

The Asics Cumulus I am using are in the pipeline, I've already run over 650 km.
For this reason last night I went looking for a new pair of A3.

For some 'time in this part, the softness of the shoes that I use (especially Saucony) gave me food for thought. Excessive "rubbery" it gave me the impression that, during the boost phase, the energy impressed to advance, would be absorbed by the sole of the shoe instead of being transmitted on the ground, thereby losing precious energy for the Advancement . In this connection I was looking for shoes a bit 'less soft but more responsive.

After a series of models tested, those that most nearly what I was looking for were the Brooks Glycerin 6 and the Mizuno Wave Fortis and the final choice fell on the first.

got home I have weighed 356 g. " Pesantine " I said. I've worn for an hour while I was at home with abundant and good impressions I had in store, as I moved into the house, vanished. What initially seemed to me a good feeling of cushioning had turned into oppression in the boost phase. I felt like my foot wrapped in an anti-accident or orthopedic shoes.

In the evening, surfing the net, I also noticed that the model I bought was too old: glycerin, in fact, the latest version is 8, while the one I bought was 6. Two older models! At the suggestion of Isabella I decided today that I found and replaced with another model.

Back in the shop today, I tried again only Mizuno: Wave of the new Fortis and set the Wave Rider 13. Just put on the second I realized that was what I wanted: light (292 g), highly reactive and, although very dry, with good cushioning!

And here they are, fantastic!
